On July 29, 2011 Intel announced that it will no longer manufacture the Intel® PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter. Effective December 31, 2013, Intel will stop providing interactive support for this adapter. This adapter has a Limited Lifetime Warranty and you will still be able request an RMA for defective parts. See questions and answers below.

What if I have problems with my Intel® PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty? Yes. The Intel® PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter has a limited lifetime warranty. If you need to request an RMA you can do so by going to the RMA form and following the process included in the form.
Where can I get assistance for Intel® PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter after December 31, 2016? Effective December 31, 2016, email, chat, and phone support will no longer be provided for these adapters. If you need technical support or other information on these adapters you will need to go to the Intel support site. Web based support will end after December 2016.
