In March 2004, Intel announced that interactive support for PRO/100+ Dual Port Server adapter will end at 5:00pm (PST) on September 30, 2004. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time. The Limited Lifetime Warranty that was included in your product purchase will continue to be honored. The PRO/100+ Dual Port Server adapter has a Limited Lifetime Warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Each product will be replaced with an identical or similar product.
What if my PRO/100+ Dual Port Server adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement? Go to the RMA form. Print this form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax or mail it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.
Where can I get assistance on PRO100+ Dual Port Server adapters after September 2004? It is expected that web-based self-help support will continue through September 2005 and that all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download, and all troubleshooting information will still be available.
How long will Intel provide drivers for the PRO/100+ Dual Port Server adapter? It is Intel's plan that the driver suite for the PRO/100 adapter family will continue to be backward compatible with the PRO/100+ Dual Port Server Adapter.
