End of interactive support announcement

Note Intel® Priority Packet (original version), Intel Priority Packet II, and Intel Priority Packet III are discontinued. Intel no longer provides interactive support for these products via telephone or e-mail, nor will Intel provide any future software updates to support new operating systems or improve compatibility with third party devices and software products.

In July 2003, Intel announced that interactive support for Intel® Priority Packet (original release) would end at 5:00pm (PST) on November 30, 2003. Interactive support was discontinued at that time.

Intel Priority Packet II and Intel Priority Packet III were discontinued in 2005.

How long will Intel provide support for Intel Priority Packet
Telephone and email support via Intel technicians has been discontinued.

Will I be able to get support for Priority Packet II and Priority Packet III?
No, support for all versions of Intel Priority Packet have been discontinued.

Where can I get assistance on Intel Priority Packet, Priority Packet II, and Priority Packet III?
Web-based self-help support will continue through December 2009.

Are there any other Windows* QoS products that I can use instead?
Native support for QoS is built into Windows 2000*, Windows XP* and Windows Server 2003*.
