If you are having issues with the Intel® PRO/1000 T IP Storage Adapter, please make sure all software modules were successfully updated to the latest version before contacting Intel® Customer Support. Here is how to find the revision numbers.
From the Control Panel, open PROSet for IP Storage. Select "Help", and then Support. The following dialog box will be displayed.
Note 1: The MSiSCSI Service Version will vary depending on the version of the Microsoft iSCSI Initiator Service you are using. Please be sure you are using the latest official release.
Note 2: The firmware version will end in a 2 (e.g. 4.6.87.2) if you are using the proper firmware on the current model of the PRO/1000 T IP Storage adapter (PWSA8701T, PBA number A98148-xxx) and will end in a 1 (e.g. 4.6.87.1) if you are using the original version (PWSA8700T, PBA number A57521-xxx).
