Service Pack 3 required for Microsoft Windows* 2000

Microsoft Windows* 2000 systems must be updated with Service Pack 3. This service pack includes a fix that addresses deficiencies in the Operating System related to running multiple I/O operations to fiber channel and iSCSI initiators.

This fix was previously available as a hot fix, but became part of service pack 3. For information, go to http://support.microsoft.com* and search on Q302895 in Microsoft's knowledge base.
