In September 2009 Intel® announced that it will no longer manufacture the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter. Effective March 10, 2011, Intel will stop providing interactive support for this adapter. These adapters have a Limited Lifetime warranty and you will still be able request an RMA for defective parts. See questions and answers below.

Yes. The Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter has a limited lifetime warranty. If you need to request an RMA you can do so by going to the RMA form and following the process included in the form.

Where can I get assistance for my Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter after December 2010?
Effective December 31, 2010, email and phone support will no longer be provided for this adapter. If you need technical support or other information on the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter you will need to go to the Intel support site. Web based support will end December 2013.

How long will Intel provide drivers for the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter?
Intel will no longer test new drivers with the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter. The last known good drivers can be found here.
