Why is Intel no longer offering the NetportExpress PRO and PRO/100 print server?
These print servers are being discontinued due to customer preference for Intel's NetportExpress™ 10/100 Print Server family.
How long will Intel provide software or firmware updates for the NetportExpress™ PRO and PRO/100 print servers?

Free technical troubleshooting information will continue via our online services even after interactive support via Intel technicians is discontinued in October of 2000. Our online services provide self-help information.
What if I have problems with my NetportExpress PRO™ or PRO/100 print server and need an RMA?
The NetportExpress PRO™ and PRO/100 print servers have a limited warranty which Intel will continue to honor. Product replaced under the warranty will be replaced with a NetportExpress PRO or PRO/100 or similar product.
