What if I have problems with my NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print server and need an RMA? The NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print servers have a limited warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Product replaced under the warranty will be replaced with a NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print server or similar product. Go to the NetportExpress 10 and 10/100 print server RMA form. Print this form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.
