This manual is written for system technicians who are responsible for troubleshooting, upgrading, and repairing this storage system. This document provides a brief overview of the features of the product, a list of accessories or other components you may need, troubleshooting information, and instructions on how to add and replace components on the Intel® Storage Server SSR212MC2.

Note: The Product User Guides below cover two revisions of the SSR212MC2. The MC2BR/MC2RBR Product User Guide is for system MM#s 893519 (RBR version), 894040 (RBR NA version), 893628 (BR version) and 894041 (BR NA version) or later. The MC2/MC2R Product User Guide is for non BR revisions of the SSR212MC2.

The "BR" versions of the SSR212MC2 support Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processor 5400 series and Dual-Core Intel® Xeon® processor 5200 series processors. For more information on processor support specifics, including system order numbers and BIOS requirements, see the Supported Processor List.
