The Intel® Entry Storage System SS4200-E does not support Wake-on-LAN.
Wake-on-LAN is an Ethernet computer networking standard that allows a computer to be turned on or woken up by a network message. Wake-on-LAN is also known as Wake on LAN, WOL, or sometimes WoL. The SS4200-E does not have the ability to enter into a "sleep" state to be woken from.
The SS4200-E does support the ability to power down the installed hard disk drives after a period of time to save on power usage.
From the SS4200-E Storage Manager application Settings -> Power Management applet:

The hard disk drives will power up when an access request is issued by the storage system for any reason.
