On Windows* Server 2000 and Windows* 2003, Chinese named folders cannot be mapped properly. To support the mapping of Chinese named folders, the corresponding hotfix for the Windows operating system is required.
Please refer to Microsoft* Knowledge Base articles 872965* and 931305*.
Windows* XP SP2 already includes this hotfix. The mapping to Chinese named folder works properly with Windows* XP SP2.
