Symptom(s):
When attempting to install the Intel® Client Backup and Recovery or Storage System Console the only option presented is to save the file. There is not the option to run the installation file.

Cause:
The Mozilla* Firefox* web browser, does not, by default, support running executables within an HTML page. You cannot install the client backup and recovery or storage system console applications from within the software install page.

Solution:
When using Mozilla* Firefox* web browser, you must install the software running the software directly from the CD.

Client Backup and Recovery:
<CDROM Drive Letter>:\software\Client Backup and Recovery\CBRSetup.exe

Storage System Console:
<CDROM Drive Letter>:\software\Storage System Console\setup.exe
