Intel has recently discovered an issue where Intel® RAID Controller SRCZCRX firmware version 414E disables the second server board SCSI channel (SCSI Channel 2).
If the customer usage only requires a single SCSI channel (SCSI Channel 1), the customer will not experience this issue.
If the customer requires both SCSI channels, they should use a later firmware release (e.g. 414G) or previous firmware version (e.g. 414D).
