There are two new Intel® Xeon® processors LV in the 479-pin FC-PGA4 package. These processors are manufactured on the 65 nanometer process technology. Both operate from a 667 MHz system. These are the only two Intel® Xeon® processors manufactured using the 479-pin package form factor. Therefore, the Intel® Server Board SE7520BB2D2 is only designed to support up to two Intel® Xeon® processors LV in the 479-pin FC-PGA4 package.

Both processors are sold in white box only and do not come with a heatsink thermal solution. When you purchase these processors (either BX80539KF16672M or BX80539KF20002M) you will need to purchase a special 1U heatsink for each of the processors installed.
