Intel® Server Board SE7520BB2D2 is designed to handle up to two Intel® Xeon® processors LV in the 479-pin FC-mPGA4 package. The following are the Intel® processors that are supported by this server board.

Note:
- The Intel® Server Board SE7520BB2D2 is designed to support only these two special low voltage processors listed above. All other processors are not supported by this board. The processor order code for the 1.67 MHz sku is BX80539KF16672M. The processor order code for the 2 GHz sku is BX80539KF20002M.
- A special heatsink is required for these processors to operate within proper thermal specification. This passive heatsink is for 1U reference chassis. Part number to order this heatsink is ABBHEATSINKS.
- The Intel® Server Board SE7520BB2D2 is designed to support either one or two Intel® Xeon® processor LV. If you configure the server with only one processor, and special processor blank is required to ensure proper thermal specification. The processor blank for use in single processor configurations part number is ABBUPCONFIG.
