Intel® Server Board SE7505VB2 will provide hard disk drive activity via the front panel HDD LED when using IDE and
ATAPI drives. The front panel connector (S) and HDD LED Header (N) will only provide hard drive activity for
the primary and secondary IDE ATA connectors.
The Serial ATA connectors (U & T) are not physically connected to the HDD LED circuit.
Serial ATA drive activity will not be seen via the front panel HDD LED.
