The Intel® Server Board SE7501BR2 uses the Intel® Xeon® processor with Hyper-Threading Technology. Hyper-Threading Technology enables multithreaded server software applications to execute threads in parallel with each processor in a server platform.
By default, Hyper-Threading is set to ENABLED.
If Hyper-Threading is ever disabled, you can re-enable it by following these steps:
- Go to CMOS setup by pressing the <F2> key
- Go to the MAIN menu
- Choose Processor Settings
- Under the Processor Settings, choose Hyper-threading and set it to ENABLED.
