Intel® Entry Server Board SE7210TP1-E
Server Will Not Power On - Connecting the 12V Power Connector

The Intel® Entry Server Board SE7210TP1-E has specific requirements for the power sequencing and limits. The power supply used must be either ATX12V or EPS12V design, otherwise the server board will not operate. These power supplies provide the additional power lead of 4-pin (or 8-pin) +12 volt connector. The additional 4-pin (or 8-pin) +12V connector should be connected to the processor power connector, otherwise the system will not boot.

Note: Do not use a standard ATX power supply. The board will not boot with a standard ATX power supply.
