Symptom(s):
Updating the Field Replaceable Unit firmware on a system with a Hot Swap Controller (HSC) will cause the One-Boot Flash Update utility to appear to hang around ~45sec.

Solution:
The One-Boot Flash Update utility takes a long time to update the FRUs on the HSC and to the user, the utility may appear to be hung. The user needs to wait for the utility to complete the task which is typically less than 45 seconds.
