Hitting "Pause" key during Promise* POST hangs up the system

Hitting the "pause" key while the Promise* option ROM is loading leads to Promise reporting an error message (see below)¹ and subsequently hangs the system.

Note

Please do not press the PAUSE key will Promise option ROM is loading.

¹Warning - FastTrak does not detect proper interrupts. Please check your PCI IRQ setup and make sure the PCI slot support Bus Mastering operations.
