Microsoft* Windows Server 2008 R2 is in process of validation for the Intel® Compute Module MFS5000SI and Intel® Compute Module MFS5520VI.

Full Microsoft* Windows Server 2008 R2 support will be available once the software stack is validated on both MFS5000SI and MFS5520VI systems.
