If the CMM Ethernet port is connected to an external port on the Intel® Gigabit Ethernet Switch AXXSW1GB, instead of directly to a client workstation, the firmware upload process may appear to complete, but fail.
It may be necessary to directly connect to the CMM Ethernet port during the firmware update process, to insure that the firmware upload and update process runs correctly.
