Description:
Virtual keyboard and mouse not responding during remote installation of RedHat* Enterprise Linux OS installation process via Intel® Remote Management Module (RMM1).
Solution:
Please disable USB 2.0 under Advanced>USB Configuration>USB 2.0 Controller from the BIOS Setup utility on the remote server to which RedHat* Enterprise Linux OS will be installed. With USB 2.0 Controller disabled, you should be able to install RedHat* Enterprise Linux OS remotely via Intel® Remote Management Module Virtual Server Control and Virtual Media features.
