Intel® Embedded Server RAID Technology II provides:

• Firmware-based RAID modes 0, 1, and 10 on the Intel® Server Board S3200 S5000 S7000 series server boards.
• RAID 5 mode on some models of Intel® server boards with the purchase of the optional accessory, Intel® RAID Activation Key AXXRAKSW5. See the configuration guide for the server board for details.
