Intel® RAID Web Console 2 uses the username and password of your server operating system.
- Microsoft Windows*: Use the username Administrator and appropriate password to log on to Intel® RAID Web Console 2.
- Linux*: Use the username root and appropriate password to log on to Intel® RAID Web Console 2.
If you do not know the password, contact the system administrator of the server operating system to reset, or change to a known password. If you are the system administrator, consult your operating system documentation for procedures to recover or reset a lost password.
If all login attempts fail when using the username Administrator and appropriate password under Windows*, make sure the "Access this computer from the network" policy is enabled. This can be done by following the steps as below:
- Restore the Administrators account to "Access this computer from the network".
- Try to log on to the Intel® RAID Web Console 2 again.
- Reboot if needed.
