This error currently occurs because there has been a 5 degree or greater difference in temperature between the enclosure and the RAID controller at a given point in time.
If there are no other warning or error messages, this error can be safely ignored. The temperature differential might be widened in a future firmware release. This possible change would eliminate the occurrence of inconsequential temperature differential reports.
