Intel® System Management Software 1.5 is used to monitor the hardware sensors on Intel Server Boards S3000AH/S3000AHLX. Version 1.5 was programmed to monitor a single core processor temperature. With the advent of the Multi-Core Intel® Xeon® Processors, thermal readings for the multiple cores are displayed as Platform Environment Control Interface (PECI) sensors and this display has not been implemented in the software. This is true for all the interfaces of Intel System Management Software v1.5 including Intel® Active System Console and Intel® Remote System Console.
