There are six SKUs for the Intel® Xeon® Processor 7000 Sequence-based Servers

The first two were based on the 8500 chipset, and ran at 667MHz. The last four are based off the 8501 chipset, running at 800MHz.
SHW4URM and SHW6URM are SCSI, SHW4URM3SA and SHW6URM3SA are SAS. They have different HDD backplanes, the RAID functionality is provided by a different RAID controller, and the SAS version includes the Intel® Integrated Server RAID Adapter SROMBSAS18e.
The supported processors, processor cache modules and management modules are same across all four models of the platforms.
