Problem:
System Update Package (SUP) CD Media Hangs At "Starting ROM-DOS" message with 3 Physical Disks Attached to the Platform.
Implication:
Unable to run the BIOS and Firmware updates via the System Update Package CD Media.
Workaround:
Temporarily remove one Physical Drive from the platform and reboot the platform to the SUP CD. The platform will be able to boot from the CD and the BIOS and Firmware can be updated. After the BIOS and Firmware updates, replace the drive that was removed and continue to install your operating system.
