TA794 : Potential SCSI Hard Disk Drive Damage [PDF]

Intel has received reports of hard disk drive damage on system power up in the Intel® Server Chassis SC5300 (LX and BRP SKU only) in conjunction with the 6 bay SCSI Hot Swap Backplane (HSBP), AXX6SCSIDB.
