A stored username/password in the backplane will override the CMM username/password.

To reset the backplane:

1. Hold the IP reset button in for 5 seconds
2. Release for 5 seconds
3. Hold in for 10 seconds
4. Release

If done successfully, the fans will spin up to full speed briefly before resetting to the lower speed.

This will reset the username/password on both the backplane and the CMM.
