When using Symantec* Ghost* Solution Suite 2.0 and trying to create or restore an image from/to the Intel® Server Board S5000VSA running BIOS 79, a network connection may not be established, implying that there is no connection to the server when ghosting to or from it. This may also affect older versions of Symantec* Ghost* software.
This is due to an issue with network interface card detection under the Microsoft* DOS* operating system.
Users can try using BIOS 76 as a work around. Intel is working to fix this issue in a future BIOS release.
