An issue has been reported to Intel which may cause the network device on the Desktop Boards listed below to intermittently stop functioning and disappear from the Windows* device manager. If this issue is encountered, you will experience a loss of network connectivity
To resolve this problem:
- Download and install the latest network driver. The latest drivers are available at Intel's Download Center.
- After installing the latest network drivers, power down the system, remove AC power, attach AC power and then power the system back on to complete the driver installation.
Select your board to go directly to Download Center's driver for that board:
