Redeeming your warranty
Before contacting Intel for warranty support, be sure you have reviewed the troubleshooting tips and gathered all required product information.
How to obtain warranty repair or replacement
If product fails during the warranty period for reasons covered by the limited warranty conditions, Intel may offer repair, replacement, or a refund of the product.
- Home and business consumers requesting Standard Warranty Replacement should contact their place of purchase or Intel customer support for assistance.
- Intel® Technology Provider Program partners requesting Advanced or Standard Warranty Replacement can use our online Channel Warranty Request service.
Spare parts
Spare parts for your Intel® Desktop Board are available for purchase at the Intel's Click Web site online store. You can find a selection of I/O shields, cables, CDs, DVDs, and other miscellaneous parts needed for building or repairing your PC.
Limited warranties
Intel offers 3-year limited warranties on Intel® Desktop Boards (BOX and BLK SKUs) purchased from Intel Authorized Distributors with the following exceptions:
2 years: Intel® Desktop Board DG41BI
1 year: Light-augmentation Intel® Desktop Boards (LA SKUs) include a 1-year limited warranty. View warranties:

Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR) program
Requested replacement for the following desktop boards is processed through the Intel Standard Warranty Replacement (SWR) program. Product returned with physical damage (damage to the product due to external causes) is returned as received. The Intel Advanced Warranty Replacement (AWR) program is not offered for these boards.
