PS/2 mouse does not work after BIOS update

Symptom(s):

PS/2 mouse no longer works after performing a BIOS update.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, reset the BIOS settings to factory defaults:

1. During boot, enter the BIOS setup by pressing F2.
2. Press F9 to set defaults.
3. Press F10 to Save and Exit.
