Front-panel USB header is located on the Intel® Desktop Board near the CMOS battery, listed as item "E" in the figure below. Pin-9 on the front-panel USB header is not populated for orientation purposes.

Use the pin and signal name designators in the table below for attaching your USB cable to the Intel® Desktop Board. Front USB cables / headers are available for many sources. Intel Corporation does not manufacturer a USB cable for the front USB connector. Be certain to indicate that the desktop board has a 5x2 pin header.
