How long will Intel provide support for LANDesk* Network Manager?
Free technical troubleshooting information will continue via our online services through June 30, 2005. Interactive Support via Intel's technicians will continue through December 31, 2002. If you have purchased a support contract you can receive support via Intel's technicians through July 30, 2003.

Can I purchase a support contract for LANDesk* Network Manager?
Support contracts are available for up until 30 days past the last delivery date for LANDesk* Network Manager. The last ship date is scheduled for June 30, 2002, thus the last time to purchase the 1-year support contract would be July 30, 2002.
