Use the ARP table to find the MAC address (physical device address) of an IP address. This table shows only nodes that the selected device has directly communicated with recently.
From the device viewer Agent menu, choose ARP Table.
If the physical (MAC) address shows an IP address, double-click the item and view the information in the list. The true MAC address is shown in the Physical Address box.
