Network Manager allows multiple user accounts with three levels of privileges. When you first start Network Manager, there is only one account, admin, which has supervisor privileges and no password defined.

1. From the Config menu, choose User List.

2. Click Add to create an account, or select an account and click Modify.

   For example, you may want to add a password to the default admin account.

3. Specify the name, password, and privileges, and click OK. For an account with Observer privileges, specify a default map (.MDB) file as well.
