The Poll Interval Sets how often Network Manager checks the status of the selected device. The higher the frequency, the more network traffic you generate. The lower the frequency, the less up-to-date the device's status on the map.
The default is 10 seconds.
To reduce the amount of LANDesk* Network Manager traffic generated on a network, increase the Poll Interval from 10 seconds to 30 seconds or higher.
