A1: Interactive telephone and email support via Intel technicians will continue until September 30, 2003. See the Interactive Telephone/Email Announcement.
Q2: What if I have problems with my Intel Play Toy, will you still honor the warranty?
A2: An Intel Play Toy has a 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase. Intel will honor the warranty for the original owner with proof of purchase.
Q3: Why is Intel not going to develop any new cameras, toys, audio players or other branded products in these specific categories?
A3: Intel is focusing its business going forward on silicon products where the company has recognized expertise and market presence.
