Warranty Replacement Information

Please be aware that all interactive phone and email support for the Intel® Play™ Toys ended on September 30, 2003. If you are inquiring about technical support, please refer to our Intel® Play™ Toy technical support web site.

Intel offers a one-year limited warranty on the Intel Play Toys, for more information, please review the online documentation included with your specific product.

In order to receive warranty replacement service, you must:

  1. Print the Request for Warranty Replacement Form and fill out all requested information.

  2. Fax the completed form and a copy of your receipt, as proof of purchase, to the appropriate number listed on the form.
Once we have reviewed your order, you will receive a set of email instructions within two to three business days.
Please be aware that Intel will not process requests for warranty replacements without a receipt.

Defective product MUST be returned to Intel before we will complete the processing of your replacement order.

If we do not have stock available to offer a warranty replacement, Intel will offer a refund based upon the purchase amount listed on your receipt. This is the only case in which we will offer refunds.
