Attempting to browse to the Storage Station through the Network Neighborhood results in the error 'Unable to access \\Storage_name, Network device is not accessible' where \\Storage_name is the NetBios name.
- Check to make sure the Storage Station is connected to the network and powered on. If the unit was recently powered down, you may still see the Storage Station in the Network Neighborhood.
- If you see this error and the unit is operating on the network, attempt to access the Storage Station from a mapped drive. If you can successfully access the mapped drive, attempt to browse to the Storage Station again through the Network Neighborhood.
If you continue to have problems, contact Intel customer support.
