Small Office Network Overview

The Intel® InBusiness™ Small Office Network is the first multi-function appliance in the family of InBusiness products offered by Intel. The appliance is a hardware/software solution that provides many of the benefits of a server-based network without the need for technical staff to set up and manage the appliance. A multi-function appliance combines basic network services like file, print and Internet access to computers on an Ethernet network. The Small Office Network runs Microsoft Windows* for Express Networks. The Windows-based server appliance is easy to use, reliable and provides secure file/print and Internet sharing for small businesses that do not currently have a network in place and also for those with or considering peer-to-peer networks.
