Verify the Internet Service Provider (ISP) information is correct. If the information is correct, test your connection.
- Click Start, point to Programs, click Windows* for Express Networks, then click Manage Express Network.
- To verify the ISP information you entered is correct, click the Tasks tab, click Change Internet Connection Settings, then click Next and check the information on each page.
- On the last page of the "Change Connection Wizard," make sure Test my connection to the Internet is selected, then click Next.
- If the problem persists, verify that you can connect to the Internet using a dial-up connection with a standard 56K or 33K modem (see your Windows* 95 or Windows* 98 Help). If you can connect with a standard dial-up connection and you continue to have problems connecting to the Internet with your Small Office Network Appliance, contact Intel customer support.
