Intel® InBusiness™ Small Office Network
Cannot Access the Internet

Verify the Internet Service Provider (ISP) information is correct. If the information is correct, test your connection.

  1. Click Start, point to Programs, click Windows* for Express Networks, then click Manage Express Network.

  2. To verify the ISP information you entered is correct, click the Tasks tab, click Change Internet Connection Settings, then click Next and check the information on each page.

  3. On the last page of the "Change Connection Wizard," make sure Test my connection to the Internet is selected, then click Next.

  4. If the problem persists, verify that you can connect to the Internet using a dial-up connection with a standard 56K or 33K modem (see your Windows* 95 or Windows* 98 Help). If you can connect with a standard dial-up connection and you continue to have problems connecting to the Internet with your Small Office Network Appliance, contact Intel customer support.
