Q1. Why is Intel no longer offering these products? A1. Intel made a decision to discontinue these products due to a change in customer requirements in this market segment.
Q2. How long will Intel provide support for these products? A2. Free technical troubleshooting information will continue via our online services through January 31 2003. Interactive Support via Intel's technicians will continue through January 31 2002.
Q3. What if I have problems with any of these products and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty? A3. Both the Intel® InBusiness™ Internet Station and Internet Station 56K have a 1-year limited warranty from date of purchase. Intel will honor this warranty for the original owner through January 31, 2002 with proof of purchase.
