What is an Internet Station?

The Intel® InBusiness™ Internet Station is a powerful, yet simple communications device that gives your network shared, simultaneous Internet access through a single Internet account. Using the Internet Station, several computers on your network can browse to different Web pages at the same time.

Simple configuration gets your Internet Station up and running in minutes. Two PC Card slots and one serial port make the product flexible enough to grow with your changing network.

With the Internet Station's modem sharing feature you can use two additional modems for faxing and data transmission to online services, just as if the modem were connected to your PC.

  • The Internet Station features automatic setup and Web browser installation on Windows* 95 and Windows NT* 4.0.
  • Any computer with a suitable Web browser can access the Internet through the Internet Station.
