In March 2004, Intel announced that interactive telephone support for Intel® InBusiness 10/100 adapter will end at 5:00pm (PST) on July 30th, 2004 and that interactive email support will end at 5:00pm (PST) on July 29th, 2005. Interactive support will be discontinued at that time.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty that was included in your product purchase will continue to be honored. For instructions on how to obtain a warranty replacement, see the paragraph below titled "What if my InBusiness™ 10/100 adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement?"

SA101TX | | What if I have problems with my InBusiness 10/100 Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty? The InBusiness 10/100 Adapter has a Limited Lifetime Warranty that Intel will continue to honor. Each product will be replaced with an identical or similar product.
What if my InBusiness 10/100 Adapter fails? How will I obtain a warranty replacement? Go to the RMA form. Print this form, fill it out and follow the directions to fax or mail it to the Intel RMA department. Proof-of-purchase showing that you are the original owner is required.
Where can I get assistance on the InBusiness 10/100 Adapter after July 2005? It is expected that web-based self-help support will continue through March 2006, and that all the drivers and configuration files will be available for download and all troubleshooting information will still be available.
How long will Intel provide drivers for the InBusiness 10/100 Adapter? Drivers for this adapter are included in Microsoft Windows* 2000 and Windows* XP. Intel will not be developing new drivers for this product.
