Symptom(s):
AirFix Dogfighter game has no visible mouse pointer, or there is a black box around the mouse pointer

Cause:
This game is trying create 32 bit textures for the displaying mouse cursor and the Intel® 815/810 chipset family does not support 32 bit textures.
