Error: This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.
This error message can occur for multiple reasons:
The driver and the OS version do not match. Example: you cannot install a 64-bit driver on a 32-bit Operation System.
You do not have Intel graphics.
- Go to Control Panel > Systems and Security > System. Under System, the system type is either a 64-bit or 32-bit OS.
- Contact your system or motherboard manufacturer for information on BIOS settings.
||You can save time by using the Intel® Driver Update Utility to identify your system configuration, and automatically update your system with the driver you need.|
Error: A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer.
The Intel® Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.
See the Computer Manufacturer Graphics Driver Detected support document for more information, including how to override this error message, and manually install Intel generic graphics drivers.
